Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of plastic materials and tooling processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, PTC Creo (Pro/E), CATIA, Siemens NX (Unigraphics), or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Able to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and realize mechanical components and assemblies for assigned product development projects in accordance with customer requirements, project specifications, and timelines.
• Ensure project development objectives are achieved in terms of cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Define and establish specifications, dimensions, and tolerances for mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, technical documentation, and design records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, tooling, quality, and project management, to resolve design-related issues and ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and engineering evaluations to support product development activities.
